Premier Addons AndyB - Thread merge manager 1.2

Description:
Adds additional restrictions for Merge threads function.

This add-on allows moderators to merge a maximum of two thread. Depending on options page settings, one or both threads must be must be less than the number hours old specified in the options page.

This is an important add-on as it eliminates the accidental merging of two old threads which cannot be reversed.
