Premier Addons [cXF] Last Edited Position 1.2.0

Description:
Move Last edited to a different position with some extra options. The Edit post link will also appear next to the post date, making it easier to edit the post if it is very long (no need to scroll to the bottom of the post to click Edit).

Enable default position in style properties.
