[cXF] Sticky Create Button 1.4.3

Description:
Show sticky create button on several places with some extra features.


Features:

• enable sticky Post thread button (enable it separately for mobile) on forum list (to show always on only on scroll)
• enable sticky Post thread button (enable it separately for mobile) on forum view (to show always on only on scroll)
• enable/disable default Post thread button in the forum title on forum view
• set number of threads for forum view when to show sticky create button
• enable Post thread button in thread title on thread view
• enable Post reply button in thread title on thread view
• enable sticky Post reply button (enable it separately for mobile) on thread view (to show always on only on scroll)
• set Post reply button action:
  • scroll to quick reply box on button click
  • open reply box on new page
  • open reply box in an overlay and stay on the same page
• set number of post replies for forum view when to show sticky create button
• Set Post reply button look (as CTA or Primary button style)
