XenForo 2.3 changed the logic for "Romanize titles in URLs", now relying on PHP Intl functions, which works according to another rules, most affecting Slavic languages.

This addon disables the use of Intl specifically for URL generation, restoring the XenForo 2.2-style romanization. It produces results that closely match the old transliteration library, ensuring consistent and familiar URLs for Cyrillic and other non-Latin scripts.

The Intl extension remains available for other addons or core functions that rely on it.
