With this plugin, you can add announcements and link blocks at the top of your forum sites. After installing the plugin, you can manage it from the theme features.

It creates up to 4 columns, you can use it as 1, 2, and 3 columns up to 4 columns.

You can make theme features active or passive.
It is mobile-friendly, but you can disable it on mobile browsers according to your preference.
You can manage it to appear on all pages or only on the forum homepage.
