XF2 Addons XFCoder : Wait Time Between Reactions 1.0.0

Prevents users from overreacting to content by setting a wait time between reactions.

The wait time only applies to new reactions (a user can remove or modify an existing reaction at any time).

The wait time applies to all content types (e.g. posts, profile posts, profile post comments, and conversation messages). Counting is done separately for each content type.

The wait time is set as a user group permission, meaning you can set a different wait time (or no wait time) for each group...
